DIET BLEND

Our Diet Blend is produced from the lowest sugar content hay available in any given production season. As the sugar content, or water soluble carbohydrates (WSC) can vary with growing and harvest conditions, we must test every year. From these tests, we select the lowest WSC available. We blend multiple fields to reduce the peaks in sugars that can occur in a single farmer’s field. If you have a horse sensitive to sugar in hay, this is a good choice.
